Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg beaten

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine chicken, vegetables, soup, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Roll pie crusts and cut pumpkin shapes.
  4. Cut jack-o’-lantern faces into half the pumpkin shapes.
  5. Add filling to uncut pumpkins, top with face-cut crusts.
  6. Seal, brush with egg wash, bake 20–25 minutes until golden.

Notes
