Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados peeled and mashed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 small tomato finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup sour cream for web design
  • 1 black olive halved (for spider body)
  • 6 thin olive slices for spider legs
  • Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice until smooth but chunky.
  2. Stir in tomato, red onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread guacamole into a shallow serving dish.
