Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  3. Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, heat butter and olive oil in a small pan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (1 minute). Stir in parsley and salt.
  6. Brush hot knots with garlic butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
  8. Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
