Monster Yogurt Parfaits – Healthy, Spooky & Kid-Friendly Halloween Snack

These Monster Yogurt Parfaits are a ghoulishly fun way to serve a healthy snack during Halloween season. Bright layers of naturally colored yogurt, crunchy granola, and edible candy eyeballs create a monster treat that’s just as delightful to look at as it is to eat.

I started making these when I needed a festive but nutritious Halloween breakfast option that my kids wouldn’t turn down. With some green yogurt (just a few drops of natural food coloring), fruit layers, and those cute candy eyes—it was an instant hit. No sugar rush, no fuss, just fun.

These parfaits are highly customizable. Use Greek yogurt for extra protein, coconut yogurt for dairy-free, or add chia seeds and fresh berries for extra nutrients. Layer them in small clear cups or mason jars, and don’t forget the “monster face” on the outside if you’re going all out!

Whether you’re hosting a Halloween party, packing a spooky snack, or making a creepy-cute breakfast, these monster yogurt parfaits are always a scream.
