Halloween Vampire Bite Cupcakes – Gory Surprise Inside!

These Halloween Vampire Bite Cupcakes are spooky, dramatic, and totally delicious. Moist chocolate or red velvet cupcakes are filled with a bloody “bite” of raspberry or cherry sauce, oozing out when you take a bite. Topped with white frosting and vampire fang marks, these treats bring the drama to your dessert table.

I made them for a Halloween party last year, and they were the star of the table. When someone bit into one and the “blood” burst out, the whole room gasped—then laughed, then grabbed another. The look is eerie, but the flavor is all sweet satisfaction.

You can make the cupcakes from scratch or use a mix, and the “blood” filling can be homemade or store-bought raspberry jam thinned with a little red food coloring. Finish with white buttercream, two fang marks, and optional red gel for dripping blood.

Perfect for Halloween dessert tables, spooky bake sales, or party centerpieces, these vampire bite cupcakes are gruesome in the best way—and dangerously good.
