Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs sweet potatoes peeled & diced
  • 12 oz sausage chicken, pork, or turkey, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast 20–25 minutes until tender.
