Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, grated apple, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Form the mixture into small sausage patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sausages for 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
