- 1 lb beef liver (sliced)
- 1 cup milk (for soaking)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Liver:
- Soak liver slices in milk for 30 minutes to reduce bitterness. Drain and pat dry.

Cook Onions:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until golden. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Liver:
- Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Season liver with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook liver slices for 2–3 minutes per side until browned but tender.

Combine and Serve:
- Return onions to the skillet. Toss gently with the liver.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
