Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Rub chicken breasts with blackening seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high.
  3. Sear chicken 4–5 min per side.
  4. Simmer orange juice & honey in saucepan 5 min.
  5. Stir in cornstarch slurry; cook until thick.
  6. Spoon glaze over chicken before serving.
