Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs hard-boiled
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika plus extra for garnish
  • 6 black olives for decoration
  • Optional: fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Peel hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika until creamy.
  4. Pipe or spoon mixture back into egg whites.
  5. Slice olives to create spider shapes or eyeballs and place on top of the filling.
