Description
Juicy, savory garlic butter bacon burgers with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and homemade garlic butter on toasted buns. Perfect for cookouts or family nights.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 slices thick-cut bacon
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
4 burger buns
4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
2. Mix softened butter, garlic, and parsley to create garlic butter.
3. Form 4 beef patties. Chill 1 tsp of garlic butter in center of each if desired.
4. Season patties with salt and pepper. Cook in skillet or grill until done.
5. Toast buns with garlic butter until golden.
6. Assemble burgers: bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, patty, cheese, bacon, more garlic butter, top bun.
Notes
Use high-fat beef for best results.
Customize with your favorite toppings or cheeses.
