Description
Garlic butter burgers are juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. This recipe delivers restaurant-style results at home using garlic-infused butter and perfectly seared beef patties.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
4 brioche burger buns
4 slices cheese (cheddar or provolone)
Optional: parsley, lettuce, tomato, onions
Instructions
1. Mix softened butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt; set aside.
2. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties, pressing a slight indent in the center.
3. Heat skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side.
4. During last minute, top each patty with garlic butter and cheese.
5. Toast burger buns in the pan or grill until golden.
6. Assemble burgers: bun, patty, toppings, and an extra dab of garlic butter if desired.
7. Serve hot with fries or a fresh salad.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer if needed—medium doneness is 160°F.
For extra juiciness, chill a small disc of garlic butter and insert into the center of each raw patty.
Garlic butter can be made in advance and refrigerated up to 1 week.
