Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
8 oz pasta of choice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Pour in cream and Parmesan, stir to combine.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Top with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute cream with cream cheese for extra richness.
Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
