Description
A quick and rich garlic butter steak bite marinade that turns any cut of beef into juicy, flavorful bites in just minutes.
Ingredients
1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and trim excess fat.
2. Whisk marinade ingredients in a bowl.
3. Toss steak cubes in the marinade and chill for 30 minutes.
4. Heat skillet over high heat until very hot.
5. Sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes per side in batches.
6. Reduce heat and add butter and garlic to skillet.
7. Stir until garlic is fragrant and butter is melted.
8. Return steak bites to pan and toss in garlic butter.
9. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use cast iron for best sear.
Do not overcrowd the pan—cook in batches.
Marinate no longer than 4 hours.
Great for wraps, salads, or rice bowls.
