These adorable Mozzarella Broomsticks are the perfect Halloween snack—kid-friendly, no-cook, and made in under 10 minutes. Using just three simple ingredients (string cheese, pretzel sticks, and fresh chives), they look like little witch’s brooms ready to fly off the plate!
I made these the first time for a classroom Halloween party. I needed something fast, allergy-friendly, and creative—and they were a hit! Not only did they disappear from the snack table, but kids loved assembling them too. They’re perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or adding a festive twist to snack time.
The soft cheese makes a great contrast to the crunchy pretzel, and the chive tie adds just the right herby kick. These treats are completely customizable—swap chives for green onion strips, or use colored string for an edible craft moment.
Fun, festive, and a little magical, Mozzarella Broomsticks bring creativity to Halloween without the sugar overload. Best of all? No oven, no fuss, no tricks—just tasty little treats!
