These Philly Cheesesteak Sliders bring the delicious flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich into an easy, bite-sized slider form. Soft rolls are filled with tender strips of seasoned steak, sautéed onions, and melted cheese, then baked until golden and gooey. Perfect for parties, game days, or a simple weeknight dinner, these sliders are an irresistible treat that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 oz provolone or American cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions (and bell pepper, if using) and cook until soft.
  • Add the sliced steak to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce (if using).
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer the cooked steak mixture on the buns, then top with cheese slices.
  • Place the top buns on and brush with a little melted butter.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
