Ingredients

  • Beef: 2 lbs (chuck roast or short ribs).
  • Tortillas: 12 corn tortillas.

  • Aromatics: 4 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes.
  • Spices: 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 2 bay leaves, salt.
  • Broth: 4 cups beef broth.
  • Garnish: Cilantro, onions, lime.

Instructions
