Description
Tender steak bites and buttery potatoes slow-cooked in garlic and herbs. A hearty, easy, one-pot dinner full of rich flavor.
Ingredients
1.5–2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch bites)
1.5 lbs baby Yukon gold or red potatoes (halved or quartered)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for searing, optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and potatoes into halves or quarters.
2. (Optional) Sear steak bites in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
5. Place potatoes in the bottom of slow cooker, top with steak.
6. Pour garlic butter evenly over everything.
7. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, always sear the steak first.
Store leftovers up to 4 days in fridge or 2 months in freezer.
Best served with bread, salad, or green vegetables.
