Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
Filling:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Make the Dough:
Mix milk, sugar, yeast, and sourdough discard. Add butter, egg, flour, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rise 1–2 hours. -
Prepare the Filling:
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out the dough, spread butter, and sprinkle filling. -
Roll and Cut:
Roll up the dough, slice into 12 rolls, and place in a greased dish. -
Rise and Bake:
Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. -
Glaze:
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over rolls and enjoy!
