Vampire Steak with Roasted Garlic – Bold, Bloody & Delicious

Sink your teeth into this Vampire Steak with Roasted Garlic, the ultimate Halloween dinner for garlic lovers and carnivores alike. A perfectly seared steak is paired with soft, sweet roasted garlic cloves—just the thing to scare off any vampires lurking nearby.

I came up with this idea as a fun twist on date night steak dinners in October. It’s now our go-to Halloween dinner tradition. The garlic isn’t just for theme—it melts into rich, caramelized cloves that spread like butter over the steak. Dramatic, flavorful, and surprisingly simple to prepare.

You can use sirloin, ribeye, or filet, and cook it to your preferred doneness. Serve with a side of red wine reduction for a “bloody” presentation or mashed potatoes and greens for balance. It’s easy to prep, impressive to serve, and guaranteed to impress both horror fans and food lovers.

Whether you’re feeding a crowd or planning a romantic Halloween dinner, this garlic-laced steak is guaranteed to slay.
